Courtney and Todd / a unique destination wedding in maryland
Courtney and Todd are some of the most kind and genuine people that just so happen to be the most fun couple to hang around. After flying from Seattle, WA to Washington D.C., I met up with them in Rohrersville, MD in the morning to document their first look and the reading of their vows on a beautiful cliffside. It was truly an amazing way to start the wedding day. Later in the evening, they would have their reception at Big Cork Vineyards with all of their family and friends, some of which, would end up giving some amazing toasts after dinner. It was a spectacular wedding day with Courtney and Todd.

Michelle and mark / an incredible wedding day in seattle, wa
When I first met Michelle and Mark, I knew that these two were going to have an amazing wedding day. They know how to make people smile, laugh, and definitely know how to have a good time. Their day was filled with some amazing moments that didn’t just include them, but everyone else that they love. From their wedding day kicking off at their home, to a first look on the rooftop of Fremont Foundry, to an awesome dance party during the reception, it was truly an amazing time and a day to remember.
The amazing vendors of this wedding include photography by Jonathan Gipaya, florals by Bahtoh, wedding coordination by Melissa Whitney of Little Blue Bird Events, catering by Ravishing Radishes, a rad tux by Suit Supply, and the beautiful dress by Galia Lahav.
Renee and kevin / A pacific northwest waterfall elopement
Renee and Kevin are those two people that you just love being around because they know how to have a good time and keep things light. Their special day kicked off at an awesome Airbnb right outside of the Snoqualmie Falls area where they would spend time with family and friends as well as get ready at each end of the Airbnb. After their first look on the deck, with a beautiful green PNW backdrop, we hiked down to Snoqualmie Falls where we would explore around and document some amazing moments. They ended their day with the ceremony taking place at a beautiful spot nearby the Forest Theater. This was truly an epic and memorable Pacific Northwest elopement.
The amazing vendors of this elopement include photography by Paul Maranan, florals by Bloominous, dress by BHLDN Anthropologie, and suit by Nordstrom.
kayla and derek / a rustic wedding in the pacific northwest
Kayla and Derek’s wedding day was filled with so many special moments and memorable experiences. When you think about doing things that are out of the ordinary but true to who you are, no one does it better than Kayla and Derek. They opted out of the typical first dance to do a first deadlift together as they met one another at a gym. Kayla and Derek have such an amazing group of people around them that not only support them in all that they do, but are truly invested in the love that they have for one another.
Documented with photographer, Jonathan Gipaya.
LUCY and tony / a beautiful cliffside elopement in the pnw
Lucy and Tony’s elopement was my first ever elopement and it was definitely one of those days to remember. These two have been together for some time now and after two beautiful kids, they decided to tie the knot in front of the people they love most. While Lucy was getting ready, Jonathan and I had spent time with Tony, documenting moments with him and his son, but also had the time to talk sports, life, and crack a few jokes. It was great being able to get to know Tony even more. Jonathan and I couldn’t have asked for a better day with two amazing people.
Michelle and Justin / a rad pre-wedding session
Michelle and Justin are two people I consider to be family. I consider these two to be older siblings of mine. They have truly been so amazing to me and when they had asked me to create a film for them, I was absolutely honored. The day started off with a two hour drive to Central Washington where we would end up at the most epic location with awesome rock formations. We hung around the area, explored a bit, and of course, had tons of laughs. It was a great day with them as well as Jonathan Gipaya, who is the brother of Justin and also photographed this session.
